Job summary

PwC Singapore is seeking a Senior Associate to join Technology Risk Management. You will partner with technology and business teams to identify, assess and manage technology-related risks, including AI governance and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes practical risk guidance and enabling secure innovation across the firm. You will work with regional teams to implement risk controls, develop governance materials and produce leadership-ready risk metrics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Technology Risk Management, IT Risk or related field.
• Experience in technology risk assessments and risk advisory for solutions.
• Knowledge of AI risks, responsible AI principles and governance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and facilitate Technology Risk Assessments (TRAs) and provide recommendations.
• Design, implement, enhance and improve technology risk processes and controls.
• Develop and maintain risk policies, standards, guidance, templates.
• Assess risks related to AI, Generative AI, ML and emerging tech.
• Review and risk assess AI-enabled solutions and tools used by the firm.
• Develop AI governance processes and controls.
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards and metrics for leadership forums.
• Analyse risk trends and identify improvements in risk management practices.
• Support automation and efficiency in risk assessment and reporting.
• Assist in special projects and regulatory reviews as required.
