Job summary

NCS is seeking a Tech Lead to steer the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions across enterprise projects in the APAC region. You will blend hands-on coding with leadership, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure AI systems that meet performance and governance standards.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in AI development, strong Python skills, and hands-on Azure AI experience, plus expertise in TensorFlow/PyTorch and video analytics.

Qualifications

• More than 4 years of hands-on AI development and implementation.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI and cloud services.
• Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with video analytics and AI-based video processing.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices within AI or data projects.
• Experience in agile delivery environments.
• Strong leadership, project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI solution architecture, design, and end-to-end implementation across projects.
• Develop, optimize, and deploy AI models using Python and cloud-based services.
• Integrate video analytics and video processing capabilities into AI solutions.
• Design and implement AI solutions on Azure and other cloud platforms.
• Support edge AI deployment strategies where applicable.
• Apply DevOps practices to streamline AI development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate AI opportunities.
• Participate in requirements gathering and review functional specs with BAs.
• Ensure designs and code align with architecture principles and standards.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and trends.
