As an AI Strategy & Transformation Partner, you will play a critical leadership role, overseeing the sales, design, and implementation of Cloudera’s next-generation data and Gen AI initiatives. You will also partner closely with the ASEAN Professional Services leader, focusing on expanding our technical capabilities and delivering successful outcomes for our customers across APAC
Align with the company's strategic objectives, handle and grow revenue and market share at designated region to improve customer success at all levels in the customer organization.
Develop and deliver Professional Services business plans that address customer priorities and critical data and Gen AI needs
Build consensus and develop relationships at multiple levels – sales team, consultants, peers in other regions
Provide thought leadership in technology strategy, architecture, adoption, new service onboarding & operations and the adoption of AI / ML services alongside Cloudera’s data platform
Guide technical discussions with senior client executives that drive decisions and implementation.
Drive collaboration across functional organizations to arrive at the best course of action for the customer
Put agreed-upon ideas and direction into action, ensuring clear oversight and accountability, and driving for clarity and speed of decisions. Monitor the effectiveness and progress of key initiatives
8 + years of experience working in an advisory / leadership capacity in a PS organization.
5+ years hands-on experience as a Solutions Architect in data, analytics, or AI domains
12+ years experience in customer facing roles
Experience in leading and developing a technical organization
An ability to lead technical discussions and drive issues to closure with customer satisfaction
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; owner mentality
Ability to travel 30%-50%
