Job summary

Purple Cloud Development Pte. Ltd. seeks an AI Software Engineer to create AI-powered applications for industrial digital twins and simulations.

You will integrate AI models—CV, VLM, and LLM—into 3D environments built on NVIDIA Omniverse, delivering practical software solutions for manufacturing and logistics needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data pipelines, deploy AI capabilities, and validate proofs-of-concept across automation, inspection, and visualization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI or a related technical discipline.
• Around 3 years of professional experience in software development, AI application development, or related engineering work.
• Strong Python programming skills; C++ is a plus.
• Experience deploying, integrating, or supporting AI models in software applications (CV, VLM, or LLM).
• Familiarity with APIs, software integration, and data pipelines.
• Interest in 3D simulation, digital twin applications, or NVIDIA Omniverse; exposure to Omniverse/Unity/Unreal is preferred.
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python-based applications and tools within the NVIDIA Omniverse ecosystem for industrial use cases.
• Integrate and deploy AI models into 3D simulation environments for automated inspection, visualization, and interactive control.
• Support data pipelines connecting IoT, PLC, MES, or real-time data sources with virtual models for live monitoring and simulation.
• Collaborate to build and validate proof-of-concept prototypes for manufacturing, inspection, and logistics scenarios.
• Work with AI, software, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable solutions.
