Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in cybersecurity, platform governance, or AI governance.
• Ability to translate policy requirements into practical controls.
• Understanding of logging, monitoring, tracing, and auditability.
• Knowledge of access management and data protection.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Design, build, and operate the governance, safety, observability, traceability, and compliance capabilities of the organization's enterprise AI Platform. This is a hands‑on role implementing technical controls, monitoring mechanisms, policy enforcement, and accountability features that keep AI solutions secure, governed, and trustworthy throughout their lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement governance controls, policy enforcement, and technical guardrails across the AI Platform — covering model use, prompt safety, access, and data handling — ensuring AI solutions are governed by design.
• Implement safety and security controls for AI services, including content controls, prompt protection, agent harness, access controls, and data protection measures to reduce security and misuse risk.
• Design and operate observability capabilities — telemetry, logging, monitoring, tracing, and audit trails — ensuring AI activity is observable, traceable, and auditable.
• Support cost visibility and usage accountability through reporting, tagging, and tracking mechanisms that promote responsible, cost‑aware usage.
• Partner with platform engineering and relevant stakeholders to embed governance into platform design and delivery, ensuring governance is practical and built‑in rather than an after‑the‑fact activity.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant experience in cybersecurity, platform governance, technical controls, compliance engineering, or AI governance implementation.
• Good understanding of AI/model governance, Responsible AI, and the ability to translate policy requirements into practical controls and procedures.
• Good understanding of logging, monitoring, tracing, and auditability, with the ability to implement traceability and evidence mechanisms.
• Good understanding of security controls, access management, data protection, and compliance requirements for AI platforms.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to provide practical guidance that supports governed adoption without unnecessarily slowing delivery.
