The role requires hands-on deployment, SME guidance, pre-sales engagement, and post-sales support, with a focus on documentation and knowledge transfer to clients.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
• Knowledge in information security technologies such as PAM and PKI.
• At least 3 years of IT security experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pre-sales engagement for projects relating to Access & Identity.
• Deploy AI related projects and provide consultation as SME.
• Create technical documentation for AI deployment.
• Provide post-sales support services for corrective and preventive maintenance.
