Adecco Singapore-based client seeks an AI Researcher to develop innovative solutions across Data Science, Machine Learning, and Generative AI. You will build predictive models, design AI agents powered by LLMs, and transform complex data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in CS/DS/Stats/Engineering or related field.
• Strong Python and SQL foundation with ML knowledge.
• Exposure to LLMs or Generative AI is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply with relevant projects or internships.

Responsibilities

• Develop statistical, predictive, and ML models.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), hypothesis testing, and model validation.
• Design and build LLM-powered AI agents and autonomous workflows.
• Develop data pipelines and analytical tools using Python and SQL.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay current with AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI trends.
