PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a researcher to conduct cutting-edge work in recommendation, search, NLP and deep learning, and to help build AI-enabled products with cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with world-class academia and industry partners, generate new ideas, and translate research insights into scalable services and features for real-world use.

This role emphasizes experimental rigor, programming proficiency, and strong communication across disciplines.

Qualifications

Master's degree in computer science, statistics, applied mathematics or equivalent research experience.
Ability to generate new ideas.
3 years of experience in recommender systems, search, NLP, DL, ML or related fields.
Strong programming skills in C/C++, Java, Python.

Responsabilités

Skills / Qualifications:

Possess a Master’s degree in computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, or have equivalent research experiences
Demonstrate the ability to generate new ideas.
Have 3 years of academic or industrial working experiences in recommendation & search, natural language processing, deep learning, machine learning, or related fields
Have strong programming skills and experience in programming languages including C/C++, Java, Python.
