Job summary

NTU Singapore's College of Computing and Data Science (CCDS) invites a Research Fellow to advance AI applications in RNA therapeutics. You will develop machine learning models for RNA sequence design and structure prediction, while handling high-throughput genomics data in collaboration with wet-lab biologists.

Work with clinicians and researchers to validate AI predictions, stay at the forefront of AI4Science, and contribute to publications in premier conferences and journals.

Qualifications

• PhD in a quantitative field required.
• Strong ML/DL background with PyTorch/JAX/TF proficiency.
• Experience with biological sequence analysis or computational drug discovery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy state-of-the-art ML/DL models for RNA design, structure prediction, and property optimization.
• Process, curate, and model high-throughput screening and genomics datasets.
• Collaborate with wet-lab biologists and clinicians to validate AI predictions experimentally.
• Publish research findings in top AI conferences and high-impact journals.
