Job summary

TikTok seeks an AI Project Manager (Features) for AI Data Service Operations in Singapore. You will lead data annotation projects end-to-end, translate product needs into labeling requirements, and coordinate across QA, vendor and business teams to hit targets.

The role focuses on governance, performance analytics, and continuous improvement—driving automation, risk management, and strategic reporting to leadership across a fast-paced global organization.

Qualifications

• Proven project/program management experience in AI data annotation environments, large-scale data operations, content moderation, or related fields.
• Track record of driving successful project and operational execution with cross-functional teams and third-party vendor partners.
• Strong data skills (Excel, SQL, dashboard development) and data-driven performance analysis.
• Experience in driving continuous operational quality optimization and process improvement.
• Ability to independently learn and own multiple projects/work streams, while prioritizing tasks and timelines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating with regional or global teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Deliver strategic reporting: synthesize project data into insights and recommendations for leadership and cross-functional partners.

• Ability to independently learn and own multiple projects/work streams, while being able to prioritize tasks and timelines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven experience collaborating with regional or global teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualification(s)

• Familiarity with model/LLM training and evaluation.
• Experience working with or implementing machine labeling or hybrid (machine-human) labeling workflows.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma).
