Group Digital Office (GDO) is looking for a highly motivated candidate for the AI Product Manager role to lead digital transformation and enablement programs across the organization including AI solutions. As an AI Product Manager, you will drive the product strategy, roadmap and delivery for AI solutions, ensuring they deliver measurable business value.

Product Strategy & Value
  • Identify high-impact AI use cases and define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business value, feasibility, and data readiness.
  • Ensure alignment with IT strategy, architecture, and governance frameworks.
AI Product Delivery
  • Translate business problems into clear AI product and solution requirements.
  • Partner with various internal stakeholders to deliver AI solutions from POC to production.
  • Ensure that the AI solutions comply with internal policies and standards.
Enterprise Integration
  • Ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities with existing systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with architects to ensure scalability, security, and resilience.
Stakeholder & Change Management
  • Act as single point of accountability for AI product outcomes.
  • Engage senior leaders and operational teams to drive adoption.
  • Communicate AI concepts in business-friendly language and lead change management initiatives.
Skills for Success
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
