Job summary

HTX, Singapore's premier AI and tech agency, seeks a DevOps & ML Engineer to design and operate scalable ML infrastructure and automate deployment pipelines. You will work on cutting-edge AI platforms, implement robust DevSecOps practices, and collaborate within an agile team to deliver secure, reliable AI-enabled software for homeland security.

The role requires strong Python/Linux skills, containerization with Docker/Kubernetes, and experience with Kubeflow and related ML tooling.

Qualifications

Solid understanding of DevSecOps practices, including container security and security in CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with deploying containerized apps and ML workloads in scalable environments.
Familiarity with cloud or on-premise security best practices and threat modeling.
Knowledge of AI/ML infrastructure tools and model deployment workflows.
Ability to work in an agile software team and participate in ceremonies.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable ML infrastructure using Kubeflow, MLflow, RunAI, GitLab, etc.
Automate CI/CD and ML environments and pipelines for consistency and reliability.
Ensure automated testing and validation of AI/ML models before deployment.
Monitor and optimize CI/CD pipeline performance to reduce build times.
Monitor model performance and health with logging, monitoring, and alerts.
Develop IaC scripts to provision ML and infrastructure resources.
Participate in agile ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, and backlog grooming.
