Job summary

JPMorgan Chase’s Asia Pacific CDAO seeks an Associate in AI/ML Solutions Enablement to drive awareness, adoption, and value realization of AI/ML offerings across APAC. You will identify use cases, gather business requirements, and prepare technical documentation for operationalization of capabilities.

You will promote AI literacy, collaborate with business and technology teams, and support change management across regions, ensuring regulatory alignment and business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, analytics, or technology roles.
• Foundational understanding of AI, ML, and NLP concepts.
• Experience collecting, cleaning, analyzing data to inform decisions.
• Basic programming knowledge to work with tech teams.

As an Associate in AI/ML Solutions Enablement, APAC, the individual supports the team in driving awareness, adoption, and value realization of AI/ML solutions across the region. The Associate assists in identifying use cases, gathering business requirements, preparing technical documentation, and supporting the operationalization of AI/ML capabilities. The Associate helps promote AI literacy, facilitates knowledge sharing, and contributes to building a collaborative community around data and AI solutions.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Formal training or certification and5+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, analytics, or technology roles
• Foundational understanding of AI, machine learning (ML), and natural language processing (NLP) concepts.
• Experience supporting data collection, cleaning, analysis, and interpretation to ensure data quality and inform decision‑making.
• Basic technical knowledge (such as programming fundamentals or familiarity with AI frameworks) to work effectively with technical teams.
• Experience assisting in the delivery of AI/ML solutions, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to help translate technical concepts into business value.
• Willingness to learn how to measure the impact and ROI of AI solutions using relevant metrics.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and support change management and collaboration across teams.
