About the Role

We are seeking qualified language experts fluent in Tamil, Malay, or Mandarin as used in Singapore to develop high-quality, domain-specific tasks that challenge AI models through prompt writing and golden-answer responses.

Contributors will create original prompts and high-quality reference answers designed to challenge AI models and identify their weaknesses. Tasks require strong language proficiency, clear reasoning, and the ability to follow detailed project guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-quality, domain-specific prompts designed to challenge AI models.

Produce accurate and well-reasoned golden-answer responses.

Apply appropriate local vocabulary, expressions, and language usage.

Ensure all submissions are original and comply with project guidelines.

Review feedback and revise submissions as required.

Requirements

Candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Fluent in at least one of the required languages (Tamil, Malay, or Mandarin), both written and spoken.

Strong understanding of Singapore-specific vocabulary, expressions, and language usage.

Strong written communication skills, including the ability to explain reasoning clearly.

Ability to understand English-language platform instructions, training materials, and project guidelines.

Location

Must currently reside in Singapore or Malaysia.
