Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students in CS/IS/IT/AI fields.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language: Python, Go, Node.js or Java.
• Basics of modern frontend frameworks (Next.js, Vue) preferred.
• Knowledge of databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/NoSQL) and Git workflow.
• Ability to read/write/speak fluent Mandarin Chinese for cross-border collaboration.
• Familiarity with AI apps, RAG, agent frameworks, cloud-native toolchains and observability is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support for end-user devices, networking, AV systems, and office IT infrastructure.
• Maintain local IT infrastructure, WiFi, printers, access control, and coordinate with global IT teams for rollouts/upgrades.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, access management, procurement and ITSM processes.
• Assist in developing internal AI applications, including RAG pipelines, multi-agent workflows, and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Handle data processing, embedding pipelines, hybrid search, and graph DB modeling for CMDB and knowledge graph use cases.
• Integrate enterprise systems and APIs (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, Microsoft Graph) to enable automation.
• Contribute to testing, CI/CD processes, and performance optimization for internal platforms.
