Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training in AI applications for inventory and supply chain management
• Facilitate hands-on learning using tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and automation tools
• Conduct both classroom and virtual training sessions
• Design and customise course materials based on real-world logistics scenarios
• Teach inventory forecasting, reporting, and optimisation techniques
• Guide learners through case studies and simulation-based learning

Requirements

• 2–5 years of training experience in adult education (logistics, supply chain, or tech-related)
• 3–5 years industry experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations with AI exposure
• Practical experience in:
  • Inventory workflows and forecasting
  • AI tools for stock tracking and supplier analysis
  • Supply chain planning and reporting

Qualifications & Certifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Analytics, or related field
• ACTA or ACLP certification (mandatory)
• Certifications in inventory management, analytics, or AI applications preferred

Preferred Skills
