Job summary

Aleph invites a curious, self‑motivated intern to build and optimize enterprise applications. This hands‑on coding role focuses on Java, Spring, and modern web technologies, with learning from experienced engineers and opportunities to contribute to real project delivery.

The internship emphasizes clean code, REST APIs, microservices, and containerized deployments while developing unit tests and documentation to support knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Java programming and object‑oriented principles.
• Exposure to Spring Framework / Spring Boot.
• Familiarity with databases (Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL) and writing SQL queries.
• Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Comfort with version control systems (Git).
• Understanding of unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and eagerness to learn.
• Personal projects, GitHub repos, or coursework showcasing Java development are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain small‑scale modules and features using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
• Assist in debugging and troubleshooting application issues across dev/test environments.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to translate requirements into working code.
• Write unit tests and contribute to regression test packs to ensure application stability.
