Job summary

Global Innovation Education Group (GIEG) invites aspiring AI enthusiasts to join as AI Implementor (Operations) on a hybrid basis in Singapore. You will assist the team in preparing and running AI workflows across projects, support AI education and youth programmes, and help optimize project operations.

Ideal for polytechnic graduates, NS wait-list students, or fresh university entrants. You don't need to be an AI expert; attitude, responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork matter.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and running AI workflows across projects
• Work on projects related to AI for Humanity
• Support AI education and youth programmes
• Use AI tools for research, content creation, administration and project operations
• Check and verify AI-generated outputs before they are used
• Organise information and ensure work is completed accurately
• Help the team execute projects and meet deadlines
• Work across different AI and education projects depending on priorities

Job description

Your Role: AI Implementor (Operations)

You will:

• Assist the team in preparing and running AI workflows across different projects

• Work on projects related to AI for Humanity

• Support AI education and youth programmes

• Use AI tools for research, content creation, administration and project operations

• Check and verify AI-generated outputs before they are used

• Organise information and ensure work is completed accurately

• Help the team execute projects and meet deadlines

• Work across different AI and education projects depending on current priorities

We are looking for someone who:

Has a mature mindset and takes ownership of assigned work

Is punctual and reliable

Can work well as part of a team

Is willing to learn new AI tools quickly

Can follow instructions but also think for themselves when something doesn't look right

Work Location

Office: Asia Square, 8 Marina View, Singapore

Work From Home: 1–2 days per week

Working Hours

9:30am – 6:30pm

1-hour lunch break

Internship Allowance

$1,000 per month

Performance bonus for good performance

Minimum commitment: 1 month
