Job summary

nSearch Global Pte Ltd. in Singapore seeks a senior software engineer to own full-stack development, including backend, frontend, and data layers, while driving production-grade LLM features and robust integrations.

You will work with Python and FastAPI scoring services, React-based tools, and background workflows with BullMQ/Redis, Kafka, and other queue systems to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree with minimum 5-7 years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Strong TypeScript and Node.js skills with NestJS preferred.
• Solid PostgreSQL fundamentals including data modelling and indexing.
• Experience with background-job systems like BullMQ, RabbitMQ, SQS or Kafka.
• Redis experience; Python for production services.
• Production LLM app experience with embeddings, tool calls and guardrails.
• Hands-on Docker and cloud deployment; ownership of production issues.
• Experience integrating external APIs and OAuth-based services.
• Familiarity with LangChain / LangSmith and agentic workflows is a plus.

Job description

Requirements:

• Degree with minimum 5-7 years of relevant software engineering experience, with evidence of shipping and supporting production applications
• Strong TypeScript and Node.js experience; NestJS experience is strongly preferred
• Strong PostgreSQL fundamentals including data modelling, migrations, indexing and query optimisation
• Experience with background-job / queue systems such as BullMQ, RabbitMQ, SQS, Kafka, Celery or similar
• Practical Redis experience; Python experience sufficient to maintain and troubleshoot production services.
• Production LLM application experience: structured outputs, embeddings / vector search, tool calling, evaluation, retries, tracing and guardrails.
• Hands-on Docker / cloud / deployment experience and willingness to own production issues directly.
• Experience integrating external APIs and OAuth-based services; Comfortable debugging across multiple systems instead of escalating each layer to a different specialist
• Good to have experience in LangChain, LangSmith or comparable LLM application tooling; Experience implementing or evaluating agentic workflows in production; ML model integration rather than purely research-oriented ML work
