Job summary

devx Labs is seeking a Web & Graphic Designer to own the visual and digital presence, including website, landing pages, decks, and client collateral. You’ll operate at the intersection of brand and product, delivering polished web pages and sharp pitch decks.

You will use AI tools to design, ideate, and produce quickly, with velocity prioritized over polish and a fast, fast-turnaround workflow across campaigns and client projects.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in web design, graphic design, or a hybrid brand/digital design role.
• Portfolio showing both digital (web/UI) and print/brand (deck, collateral) work.
• Agency, consulting, or startup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain devx Labs' website and landing pages - responsive, on-brand, fast.
• Translate wireframes and content briefs into production-ready web pages (HTML/CSS or a modern website builder/CMS).
• Partner with Growth Consultants and Outcome Managers to spin up landing pages for campaigns, events, and client microsites.
• Maintain a component library so new pages ship fast without reinventing the wheel.
• Design pitch decks, proposals, one-pagers, and case studies that carry the devx brand voice and visual identity.
