Job summary

Cisco Singapore hosts a 12-month CSAP Graduate Program designed to develop high-potential individuals into Technical Sales Champions. You will train in a hub-based cohort, work with Associate Sales Representatives, and earn industry-standard certifications while gaining hands-on experience across Collaboration, Security, Networking, and Cloud.

After completing year one, you relocate to your applying country for the permanent role.

Qualifications

• You hold a technical degree (Engineering, CS, STEAM) or come from a non-traditional background with real-world proof of technical curiosity—like a home lab, certification, or side project.
• AI-native mindset with learning agility; interest in networking and software (Java/Python); eager to use AI to automate and innovate the engineering process.

Responsibilities

• participate in immersive bootcamp training and foundational technical skill-building.
• Complete rotational assignments for real-world technical sales experience.
• Transition into a Solutions Engineer role to design solutions for complex customer challenges.
