Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years as System Analyst or similar role with AI/ML project exposure.
• Experience in SQL, API integrations, and SDLC (Agile).
• Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML concepts and enterprise applications.
• Ability to communicate with both business and technical teams.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced System Analyst with hands‑on exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to support technology transformation initiatives within the banking environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, data scientists, and technology teams to analyse system requirements, design technical solutions, and support the implementation and integration of AI/ML capabilities into enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Perform system analysis, solution design, and impact assessments for new and existing applications.
• Work closely with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and developers to design and implement AI/ML solutions.
• Support the development, integration, and deployment of AI/ML models into enterprise systems.
• Analyse existing system architecture and identify opportunities to incorporate AI/ML capabilities.
• Develop system design documents, technical specifications, data flow diagrams, and interface specifications.
• Work with development teams on API integrations, data pipelines, and system enhancements.
• Participate in the implementation of AI/ML use cases, including predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and Generative AI.
• Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and production implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business, technical, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify system performance issues and recommend improvements to enhance scalability, reliability, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst, Technical Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Must have prior hands‑on experience working on AI/ML projects, including the implementation or integration of AI/ML solutions.
• Strong experience in system analysis, requirements gathering, technical documentation, and solution design.
• Good understanding of machine learning concepts, model lifecycles, and AI/ML integration with enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
• Familiarity with Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, system integrations, and data flows.
• Good understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile delivery.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.

Good to Have

• Experience working within banking or financial services.
• Exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring.
• Experience in banking applications, digital transformation, or intelligent automation initiatives.
• Knowledge of AI governance, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
