Job summary

NTU is seeking an AI Engineer to join the AI Engineering Hub (AIEH) under AISG. You will mentor AIAP apprentices, guide project delivery, and collaborate with external partners to identify meaningful AI industry opportunities while balancing development with talent nurturing responsibilities.

You will drive end-to-end AI project development, apply ML techniques across NLP, CV, or tabular data, and contribute to internal technology initiatives. A degree and 4+ years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• End-to-end AI/ML projects from scoping to deployment.
• Strong ML fundamentals with NLP/CV or tabular data.
• Hands-on Gen AI, LLMs: Prompting, RAG, fine-tuning.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI project development from scoping to deployment and maintenance.
• Mentor AI apprentices during Deep-skilling and project phases.
• Collaborate with industry partners to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies for collaborations.
• Support AISG talks, seminars, workshops, journals, and outreach programmes.
