Job summary

REALTEK SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a researcher to develop and support research on multi-agent systems with initial focus on dataset curation and fine-tuning workflows, and opportunities to grow into broader system development.

Responsibilities include curating datasets, managing fine-tuning pipelines, and contributing to prototypes and research outputs over time. Strong background in CS/AI/ML and PyTorch is required, with experience in data pipelines and multi-agent concepts.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in CS/AI/ML.
• Strong knowledge of large language models and multi-agent systems.
• Experience with data curation, dataset management, and training pipelines.
• Familiarity with hierarchical planning or graph representations is a plus.
• Proficiency in PyTorch, PyG, and modern LLM frameworks.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or First Class Honours Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field
• Solid understanding of large language models, fine-tuning techniques, and multi-agent systems
• Experience with data curation, dataset management, and training pipelines
• Familiarity with hierarchical planning, compositional design, or graph-based representations is a plus
• Strong proficiency with PyTorch, PyTorch Geometric (PyG), and modern LLM frameworks.
• Programming skills in Python.
