Job description

Responsibilities

Identify, own, and drive innovative AI use cases leveraging agentic AI frameworks and autonomous agents.

Lead the full lifecycle of AI use case delivery: requirements gathering, architecture, engineering, deployment, and post‑implementation support.

Develop and implement advanced agentic AI solutions (multi‑agent systems, autonomous workflows, decision‑making agents) for financial process automation.

Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure solutions address real business needs and regulatory requirements.

Evaluate, select, and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI technologies suitable for each use case.

Design, build, and maintain robust AI/ML/GenAI systems using modern frameworks and cloud services.

Ensure best practices in AI engineering, including security, reliability, scalability, and compliance.

Provide technical support for production use cases and knowledge sharing across AI engineering teams.

Implement security measures to protect data and AI models and ensure that AI solutions adhere to security policies and standards.

Qualifications

Requirement:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in AI/GenAI solution development, with demonstrated experience in agentic AI or autonomous agent frameworks.

Proven track record of owning and delivering complex AI use cases end‑to‑end, ideally within financial services or process‑heavy industries.

Expertise in agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.) and autonomous multi‑agent system design.

Proficiency in AI/ML development frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).

Familiarity with database design (SQL, NoSQL) and data analytics/statistical modeling.

Excellent coding skills in Python and modern web/backend frameworks.

Professional certifications in Azure, AI, or Data Science are preferred.
