Job summary

PC Partner Technology Pte Limited is building a team of AI Engineers to design and deploy advanced AI solutions. You will select AI models, build data pipelines for model training and deployment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI technologies with strong technical excellence.

You will develop LLM-powered chatbots with RAG, create CV processing pipelines, and optimize models for production use, contributing to impactful, real-world applications.

Qualifications

• Education: degree in CS/CE/DS/AI or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience designing, developing and deploying CV models and RAG in real-world apps.
• Hands-on experience with OpenCV, Vision Transformers, CLIPS and modern CV models.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) including embeddings, vector databases, semantic search and LLM integration.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java and C++, with GPU-accelerated computing (CUDA/TensorRT).
• Knowledge of edge computing platforms and accelerators (x86, NVIDIA Jetson, Google Coral, ARM Cortex).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced development environment with initiative.
• Strong problem-solving and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in Chinese is a plus for interactions with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
• Legal eligibility to work in Singapore without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate, optimise and fine-tune ML models for accuracy and efficiency.
• Design end-to-end computer vision solution architectures and deployment workflows.
• Develop, validate and optimise CV algorithms for real-world applications.
• Develop LLM-powered chatbot solutions with semantic search and RAG integration.
• Improve object detection, segmentation, pose estimation, feature extraction and classification models.
• Monitor deployed CV models and implement updates for performance.
• Perform data analysis and communicate insights with statistics and visualisations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CV solutions into products and support deployment.
