Role Overview

We’re looking for a versatile AI & Digital Transformation Engineer who can bridge engineering and operations—building frameworks, automating workflows, and leveraging AI to optimize how every team works.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Integration & Engineering: integrate AI technologies, develop prototypes, validate business value, and operationalize model APIs for production.
• System Architecture & DevOps: build scalable backend systems in Python or Node.js, design microservices and APIs, and deploy applications with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Data & Workflow Automation: develop lightweight backend services and web tools to automate reporting and task tracking, and design event‑driven systems that turn data into actionable insights.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in software engineering, data engineering, or automation‑focused roles. Strong scripting and backend development skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Applied AI: experience integrating AI/ML models or API‑based AI services (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini) into applications or tools, and hands‑on experience with AIGC, RAG pipelines, or agentic AI systems.
• Data competency: familiar with SQL/NoSQL databases and basic data modeling.
• Communication: strong cross‑functional collaboration skills; can work across business and tech teams.
• Language: English required, Mandarin a plus.
• Bonus/good‑to‑have: experience in the game industry or interest in game workflows; familiarity with AI‑powered localization, content creation platforms, or chat‑bot systems; understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
