Job summary

Arros AI in Singapore seeks an AI Engineer to build, train, and deploy models that solve real business problems. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to bring AI into live systems and workflows.

You’ll explore the latest in AI/ML, tune models for speed and accuracy, and work with large datasets. Strong Python/Java, TensorFlow, PyTorch and Scikit-learn, plus cloud experience, are expected. Fresh graduates with relevant projects welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML or related field.
• Around 2 years of experience deploying AI/ML models; fresh grads with relevant projects welcome.
• Strong Python or Java skills; experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, multi-model orchestration and application engineering.
• Solid grounding in data structures, algorithms and software engineering.
• Hands-on experience deploying models on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Comfort with large datasets and data preprocessing.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

What You Bring
