Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced AI/ML lead to own and drive an AI-driven supply chain platform. You will oversee development, integration, and performance across inventory forecasting, procurement, and logistics, while mentoring engineers and aligning technical work with business goals.

The role requires 5+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in AI/ML, strong Python and forecasting skills, and experience with ERP/WMS integrations.

Qualifications

• 5 years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in AI/ML development.
• Experience leading technical teams through complex, multi-phase project lifecycles.
• Expert-level Python for ML modeling and backend systems; strong proficiency in time-series forecasting and optimization.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with ERP/WMS platforms (SAP/Oracle).

Responsibilities
