Responsibilities include enhancing our inhouse research platform, generating alpha ideas, and building AI-driven automated workflows for data analysis, backtesting, and experimentation in a fast-paced crypto market environment.

Qualifications

• PhD or MPhil in a quantitative field with strong research track record.
• Proficient in Python and SQL; Java is a plus.
• Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and quantitative modeling.
• Experience in backtesting and validation, avoiding overfitting.
• Experience in quantitative trading, crypto or financial markets is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Work on the inhouse quantitative research platform and enhance existing and build new features.
• Continuously generate new data ideas, alpha ideas, and quantitative research hypotheses
• Build and improve automated research workflows using AI agents to accelerate data analysis, signal discovery, backtesting, and experimentation
