Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Interest in procurement, supply chain operations, business analytics, or digital transformation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with data analysis concepts and visualization tools.
• Exposure to AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI Assistants, LLMs, or AI-enabled workflows is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn automation and digital technologies such as UiPath, Power Automate, Tableau or similar platforms.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance procurement dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualization solutions to improve operational visibility.
• Evaluate opportunities to leverage AI and Agentic AI capabilities for procurement data management and decision support.
• Analyze procurement and supply chain datasets to identify trends, risks, optimization opportunities, and performance improvements.
• Explore Generative AI and AI Assistants to improve analytical workflows and reporting efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to map workflows and identify opportunities for simplification and automation.
• Design and validate recommendations to improve efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Evaluate supplier performance data and sourcing metrics to support continuity and commercial objectives.
• Develop management reporting frameworks and procurement metrics.
