Job summary

Micron Singapore is seeking an AptD Process Integration Technician to focus on wafer matching and lot pairing, while coordinating bonding UI configurations and development lots. The role emphasizes data-driven improvements, inline inspection support, and collaboration with PI engineers to resolve line issues.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma or equivalent, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience with MES/LMS and related data systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent background required.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and communicate effectively.
• Experience with MES/LMS and data systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Primarily focus on wafer matching including lot pairing and execution.
• Configure the bonding UI and track development lots, interpreting outputs and monitoring wafer build.
• Apply AI-enabled approaches to improve efficiency in wafer matching, lot tracking, and reporting.
• Assist PI Engineers to coordinate and troubleshoot daily line issues and engineering submissions.
• Assist inline inspection and coordinate non-routine metro/RDA inspections on R&D experiments.
• Support process flow setup for production and short loop flow.
• Extract, analyze, and summarize data from SWR/Conversion experiments and report findings.
• Manage wafer shipment logistics between fabs for technology transfer and yield learning.
