Job summary

Micron Singapore is seeking an Engineer for Incoming Quality Control to drive material quality and implement AI-augmented inspection strategies. The role requires a Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Materials Engineering background with 2+ years in frontend processes or equipment, and strong collaboration across global teams.

You will set up SAP QM and SQM/MQM, run material inspections, and establish SPC checks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or advanced degrees in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Materials Engineering with 2+ years in frontend process or equipment roles.
Strong analytical, logical and critical thinking; effective communication across levels.
Growth mindset; internship or experience in semiconductors is a plus.
Demonstrated leadership and impact; interest in Micron and semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities

Drive quality consistency for all incoming materials.
Set up and maintain SAP QM and SQM/MQM for incoming materials.
Perform incoming material inspection and characterize key inbound materials.
Set up SPC monitoring program and reaction mechanism.
Manage materials disposition through MRB.
Collaborate with global stakeholders on supplier quality management.
Apply AI-enabled methodologies to enhance inspection strategies and anomaly detection.
