Job summary

Micron Singapore invites applications for an internship in Process Integration Engineering focused on AI-enabled inline health monitoring and drift detection. You will extract and organize metrics, build dashboards, and explore AI tools for process optimization under mentorship.

The project includes data analysis, visualization development, and an AI agent PoC to support automation and productivity in semiconductor manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Strong data-analysis capabilities including statistics and visualization.
• Familiarity with programming, data analytics, dashboard development, or automation tools is advantageous.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Interest in semiconductor manufacturing, Process Integration, and process control.
• Familiarity with AI tools, AI assistants, Agentic AI, or AI-enabled workflows is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Extract, organize, and validate inline metrics for process-health monitoring.
• Develop an AI-enabled dashboard for inline monitoring and drift detection.
• Explore AI tools for drift detection and process-window optimization.
• Develop an AI agent PoC for selected Process Integration activities.
