Job summary

Google Singapore is seeking a senior Information Security Engineer to lead a team of security engineers, scale research, analysis, and remediation across Google's products and infrastructure. You will mentor engineers, drive AI-powered root cause analysis, and push large-scale security initiatives with cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on web, mobile, API security, threat modeling, and security assessments, collaborating with Global Leads to reduce risk and improve detection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience with security assessments or security design reviews or threat modeling.
• 8 years of experience with security engineering, computer and network security and security protocols.
• 8 years of experience with coding in one or more general purpose languages.
• 3 years of experience leading teams in a technical capacity or leading technical risk analysis in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teammates.
• Foster global collaboration and align remediation efforts with US and Zurich leads.
• Drive end-to-end development of AI agents and infrastructure for root cause analysis and remediation.
• Build and maintain a unified vulnerability analysis pipeline and executive-level dashboards.
• Drive large-scale remediation to eliminate entire classes of vulnerabilities across Google’s products and infrastructure.
