Job summary

Symphony Digital Assets in Singapore is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, build, and deploy web applications and APIs for a digital asset platform. You will work as an AI-enabled engineer, leveraging AI coding assistants and integrating AI features across frontend and backend layers.

The role demands hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud services, plus strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on with LLMs, RAG architectures, agentic design patterns, and deploying generative AI applications.
• Familiarity with MCP integrations, AI guardrails, LLM Ops practices, and prompt engineering.
• Proficient in Java Spring Boot in distributed environments; strong architectural sense.
• Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines (ArgoCD, GitLab).
• Experience with AWS services (Lambda, Fargate, API Gateway, IAM).
• Good communication and collaboration skills; mentoring others is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI-enabled applications using LLMs, RAG, and agentic frameworks.
• Build MCP-based tool integrations and agentic workflows to connect AI with enterprise systems.
• Translate requirements into scalable AI-powered solutions with robust backend/frontend design.
• Develop and integrate APIs and user-facing features for AI-driven use cases.
• Implement monitoring and evaluation for AI models, prompts, and agent behaviour.
• Use AI coding assistants to aid design, review, and debugging while ensuring quality.
• Lead design and architecture decisions, mentor junior developers, collaborate with teams.
• Stay updated with technical and industry developments.
