Qualifications

Interest in fintech, trading, AI, startups, or investing.
Ability to write strong hooks and simplify complex ideas.
Basic video editing skills with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or similar.
Knowledge of short-form video trends and social platforms.

Responsibilities

Create short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X.
Turn fintech, trading, AI, and startup ideas into engaging content.
Help write scripts, hooks, captions, and content angles.
Film, edit, and publish content regularly.
Research trending formats, memes, and content styles.
Repurpose long-form ideas into multiple short-form posts.
Assist with founder-led content, behind-the-scenes startup content, and product demos.
Create educational content around trading, quant research, and AI agents.
Track content performance and suggest improvements based on views and engagement.
