Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze defect, yield, and excursion data to identify trends.
• Investigate select wafer/lot/tool/process yield issues.
• Develop analytics dashboards or AI-enabled workflows for defect analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to collect and validate data.
