Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, or related automation disciplines.
Hands-on and safety-first mindset.
Proficiency in basic PC/software tools for equipment monitoring and reporting.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across functions.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
Able to work on 12 hours rotating shift, including night shift.
Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly.

Responsibilities

Repair and maintain automation equipment such as AMHS, ASRS, and AGV.
Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues.
Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment based on layout plans, blueprints, and manuals.
Execute preventive maintenance and calibration activities.
Monitor tool performance and ensure KPI uptime and quality.
Prepare shift reports and conduct passdowns.
Execute continuous improvement projects to enhance reliability and efficiency.
Analyze equipment data for advanced troubleshooting and predictive maintenance.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
