Job Scope

• Design, build, and optimize chatbot applications using Azure OpenAI GPT models and related frameworks
• Responsible for Large Language Models (LLMs), especially Azure OpenAI (GPT models) and related ecosystems
• Responsible in prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and context optimization to enhance chatbot performance for defined use cases
• Design and evaluate RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines

Job Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development or AI engineering, with at least 3 years in LLM-based applications
• Proficiency in Python, LangChain, and integrating LLMs with Azure services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Search, Azure ML)
• Excellent analytical skills to measure and optimize chatbot accuracy, coherence, and latency through A/B testing and user feedback loops
• Familiarity with versioning and deployment of models via Azure Machine Learning or similar frameworks
• Knowledge of multi-language LLM tuning and translation consistency evaluation
