Job summary

Mistral AI is seeking a Senior/Staff AI Developer Advocate to lead developer relations initiatives and craft content around enterprise AI use cases. You will develop high-quality demos, engage with the developer community, and drive enterprise adoption through education and open-source collaboration.

You will design enterprise DevRel strategies, organize community events, and stay ahead of industry trends to establish thought leadership in AI transformation across APAC with significant travel

Qualifications

• 6+ years in DevRel or related roles.
• Experience building for enterprise clients.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong passion for AI with up-to-date knowledge.
• Proven technical writing and public speaking track record.
• Ability to lead projects to completion.
• Clear communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Multilingual skills preferred: Korean, Japanese, or Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise-focused demos and sample code for adopters.
• Create webinars, talks, demos, and workshops to drive education.
• Engage with the developer community, provide guidance and support.
• Design scalable enterprise DevRel programs and initiatives.

About The Job

Mistral AI is seeking a Senior/Staff AI Developer Advocate to join our team and actively contribute to the community, with a focus on driving content around enterprise AI use cases. You will lead developer relations initiatives, engage in development and integration of open-source AI ecosystem projects, and drive enterprise-focused developer education and adoption.

What you will do

• Develop enterprise-focused, high-quality demos and sample code that enable developers to effectively understand and utilize Mistral AI’s products and integrations.
• Create and deliver high-impact technical content (webinars, demos, talks, workshops) to drive adoption and education among developers and enterprises.
• Actively engage with the developer community by resolving issues, providing answers, and offering guidance to users, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
• Design and execute enterprise DevRel strategies, including scalable programs and initiatives tailored to enterprise needs.
• Organize and participate in community events centered around Mistral AI solutions, with a focus on enterprise engagement.
• Remain informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in AI, continuously updating your knowledge and skills.
• Establish thought leadership in enterprise AI transformation through strategic initiatives and developer education.
• APAC coverage, travel expectations: 50%

About you

• 6+ years of experience in DevRel, Developer Experience, Technical Evangelism, or Developer Advocacy.
• Enterprise experience: Background in enterprise environments or building for enterprise clients.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Passion for AI, with a constant drive to stay updated and ahead of the curve.
• Top track record of technical writing and speaking, with strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead them to successful completion.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Multilingual skills especially in Korean, Japanese, or Chinese are preferred.
