Job summary

TENTEN Partners in Singapore is seeking an AI Data Scientist to join a high-performing data science team building intelligent data products that enable predictive modelling and systematic research. You will design and deploy AI/ML systems at scale, work with structured and unstructured data, and collaborate with engineers, product and research to push the boundaries of AI in quantitative finance.

Applicants with PhD and strong publications, 3+ years in data science, and deep Python/SQL skills

Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or a related discipline.
• Strong publication record at leading AI or Machine Learning conferences.
• 3+ years of commercial experience in Data Science or Applied Machine Learning.
• Expert-level Python and SQL skills.
• Experience building predictive machine learning models using large-scale datasets.
• Experience with modern AI tooling, LLMs and Generative AI applications.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
• Curiosity, intellectual rigor and a passion for continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered data products using ML, Generative AI and LLMs.
• Train, fine-tune and deploy AI/ML models on proprietary and external data.
• Develop production-grade ML pipelines from feature engineering to deployment and monitoring.
• Apply Generative AI to semantic search, summarisation and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and research teams to solve business challenges.
• Evaluate open-source models and emerging AI platforms for production use.
• Build robust data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Run experiments and monitor model performance to improve production models.
• Ensure AI systems are scalable, reliable and aligned with responsible AI practices.
