Company & Role Introduction

We are a fast-growing global trading company specializing in AI computing hardware and IT infrastructure supply chain. Headquartered in Singapore, we serve key markets across Southeast Asia, North America and Europe. Our Graduate Trainee Programme is designed for ambitious entry-level candidates looking to build a career in global supply chain management and international business.

Successful candidates will join afully paid3-month training programme with one-on-one mentorship. No prior working experience is required. You will receive comprehensive professional training inglobal hardware supply chain operations, cross-border procurement, bilingual business communication and market analysis, building a solid foundation for your long-term international career development.

Mandatory Requirement: Full bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese. As both languages are official working languages for daily operations,candidates must be able to communicate confidently and independently in English and Chinese across a range of business activities, including business negotiations, official documentation and cross-border virtual meetings.

Mandatory Shift Work Requirement To support global business and cross‑timezone collaboration across US, Southeast Asia and China, this role requires candidates to work rotating shifts aligned to Singapore time, covering both day and night shifts. Fixed rotation cycle: 2 consecutive weeks of day shift, followed by 2 consecutive weeks of night shift. We maintain a strict 5‑day work schedule with guaranteed weekends off. Overtime is not expected for this position. Night‑shift allowance will be granted in accordance with company policy.

Key Job Responsibilities

This is a structured trainee positionwhere you will learn, assist and progressively take charge of core business tasks:

• 1. Global Supply Chain Operations: Source and evaluate AI computing hardware and IT infrastructure products through international trading platforms and supplier networks,including servers, GPU computing cards, memory modules and storage devices. Conduct preliminary supplier screening, qualification verification and resource categorization to master end-to-end overseas procurement workflows based in Singapore.
• 3. Bilingual Business Negotiation: Communicate and negotiate with global suppliers in both English and Chinese. Independently manage key procurement activities such as pricing verification, product specification confirmation, delivery schedule tracking, and supplier qualification reviews to gain professional experience in cross-border business negotiations.
• 4. Procurement Order & Logistics Follow-Up: Manage full-cycle tracking of overseas procurement orders, including order confirmation, international logistics monitoring, cross-border document management, and delivery coordination. Gain comprehensive knowledge of international RMA return policies and after-sales procedures for Singapore-based cross-border businesses.
• 4. Global Market & Supplier Research: Conduct in-depth market research on AI and IT hardware markets across Southeast Asia, Europe and America. Analyze market trends, product specifications and pricing differences, continuously explore high-quality global supplier, and evaluate supplier capacity, cost performance and qualifications for internal filing.
• 5. Cross-Border Data Analysis: Compile and organize global procurement records, market quotation data and supplier delivery data. Under mentor guidance, conduct statistical analysis, trend analysis, and reporting to support the company’s procurement strategies and global market layout.
• 6. Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with global sales, international logistics, hardware testing and operational teams to align business progress, resolve operational issues, and ensure seamless execution of cross-border procurement projects.
• 7. Ad Hoc Duties: Complete business training and practical assignments arranged by supervisors, and participate in regular team business reviews, and market analysis sessions.

Job Requirements

• 1. • 2. Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher. Graduates from leading universities worldwideare preferred. Relevant majors include Computer Science, International Trade and Business English. Candidates from other majors with genuine interest and basic knowledge of AI computing hardware and IT infrastructure are also welcome. Open to entry-level candidates.
• 3. Bilingual Proficiency (Compulsory): Professional working fluency in English and Chinese. Candidates must be able to independently draft official English business emails, reports and documents; fluent in spoken English for direct cross-border negotiations, supplier liaison and international online meetings. Candidates withEnglish proficiency certifications (IELTS, TOEFL, CET-6 or equivalent) are highly preferred.
• 4. Core Competencies: Adaptable to Singapore’s international workplace culture and fixed shift schedule; excellent bilingual communication skills; meticulous, responsible and resilient under moderate work pressure; fast learning agility, strong teamwork spirit and high execution capability; data-sensitive with fundamental logical analysis and summarization skills.
• 5. Preferred Qualifications: Familiar with commercial server architectures, AI hardware application scenarios, as well as mainstream specifications, brands and market trends of CPU, GPU, memory and storage devices; prior internship experience in international trade, overseas procurement or cross-border business; local Singapore study or working experience is a strong advantage.
