Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; preferred majors include Computer Science, Computer Architecture, or High-Performance Computing.
• Proficient in Python, C++, or Go; deep understanding of the PyTorch framework.
• Understanding of distributed systems principles and familiarity with NCCL or RDMA networking.

Responsibilities

• Implement large-scale distributed training solutions.
• Develop and optimize AI job scheduling logic.
• Own the full engineering pipeline from model training to inference.
