Job summary

EPAM SYSTEMS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a results-driven Business Analyst to partner with business and technical stakeholders on AI and GenAI opportunities, translate complex needs into delivery-ready stories and support discovery sessions.

You will work across project teams to align on scope, manage requirements, track progress and promote responsible AI, with opportunities to upskill and contribute to cutting-edge solutions in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent demonstrated competencies in business analytics, information technology, computer science, engineering, data science or related fields
• Proven experience in business analysis, project delivery or digital transformation with exposure to AI-related workstreams
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured requirements
• Stakeholder management skills, with clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences
• Hands-on ability with data querying or analysis tools such as SQL and Python or R
• Understanding of machine learning concepts, statistical methods and data visualisation approaches
• Familiarity with project delivery methodologies, tools and delivery governance
• Ability to manage assigned work independently, balancing multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery activities including plans, timelines, risks and dependencies across project teams
• Facilitate alignment on scope, outcomes and acceptance criteria, bridging business needs and technical constraints
• Track solution performance, capture feedback and recommend improvements after implementation
• Support responsible AI adoption, including explainability, auditability and governance alignment
• Prepare clear analysis, presentations and documentation to support decision‑making
