Job summary

ANT Group seeks a seasoned engineer to lead end-to-end delivery for clients in Singapore. You will architect systems, integrate AI Agent solutions, and build scalable data pipelines to support high-volume workloads.

You will collaborate with CTOs, technology leads, and cross-functional teams, travel for client engagements as required, and mentor engineers while upholding engineering quality and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR; sponsorship not provided
• 5+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical delivery
• Strong Java programming, design patterns, and Spring or equivalent framework
• Hands-on experience designing or developing AI Agent solutions
• Practical knowledge of AI Agent tech: LLM integration, prompt engineering, RAG, tool calls
• Experience with large-scale data processing: Kafka, Spark, Flink, Hadoop
• Distributed systems architecture and complex system integration
• Ability to design and deliver scalable, reliable high-performance solutions
• Ability to conduct whiteboard architecture reviews and technical workshops
• Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Willingness to travel and provide onsite client support
• Fluency in English; Mandarin advantageous

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery for clients including architecture, integration, implementation, testing and deployment
• Design and prototype AI Agent solutions for client use cases with LLM integration, RAG and tooling
• Develop scalable big data processing pipelines for batch and real-time data
• Conduct deep-dive sessions with CTOs and engineering teams on SaaS implementation, performance and security
• Design solutions that integrate multiple enterprise systems and data sources

• Review code, designs and test cases to ensure engineering quality
• Introduce processes and tools to improve delivery efficiency and reliability

Job description

1. 1. Lead end-to-end technical delivery for clients, including solution architecture, system integration, implementation, testing, and deployment；
2. 2. Design, prototype, and integrate AI Agent solutions for client use cases, including agentic workflows, LLM integration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and tool or API integration；
3. 3. Design and implement scalable big data processing solutions for high-volume datasets, including batch and real-time streaming pipelines；
4. 4. Conduct technical deep-dive sessions with CTOs, technology leads, and engineering teams, covering SaaS implementation, architecture, performance optimization, security, and compliance；
5. 5. Design solutions that integrate multiple enterprise systems, platforms, data sources, and third-party services；
6. 6. Develop high-volume, high-performance, low-latency, reliable, and mission-critical applications；
7. 7. Write maintainable, robust, secure, and testable code；
8. 8. Review code, technical designs, and test cases to ensure engineering quality；
9. 9. Introduce processes, solutions, and tools that improve software delivery efficiency, reliability, and quality；
10. 10. Collaborate with client, offshore, and cross-functional teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

1. 1. Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident. Candidates requiring employment pass sponsorship will not be considered；
2. 2. At least 5 years of relevant software engineering, solution architecture, or technical delivery experience；
3. 3. Strong Java programming skills, a solid understanding of design patterns, and proficiency in Spring or another mainstream Java framework；
4. 4. Hands-on experience designing or developing AI Agent solutions. Experience gained through proofs of concept (PoCs), prototypes, or production projects is acceptable；
5. 5. Practical knowledge of AI Agent technologies and patterns, such as LLM integration, prompt engineering, RAG, tool/function calling, agent orchestration, and evaluation；
6. 6. Hands-on experience with large-scale data processing and data pipelines, using technologies such as Kafka, Spark, Flink, Hadoop, or equivalent platforms；
7. 7. Solid experience in distributed systems architecture and complex system integration；
8. 8. Ability to design and deliver scalable, reliable, high-performance solutions tailored to specific client scenarios and requirements；
9. 9. Ability to conduct whiteboard architecture reviews and technical workshops with client engineers and technology leaders；
10. 10. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences；
11. 11. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with offshore and cross-functional teams, adapt to dynamic environments, and remain resilient under pressure；
12. 12. Strong commitment to engineering quality, continuous improvement, and positive team collaboration；
13. 13. Willingness to travel for client meetings and onsite support when required；
14. 14. Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous when engaging with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
