We\'re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead digital and cross-functional initiatives across our product and tech teams. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects using Agile frameworks to drive innovation and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate across engineering, design, and product teams to meet deadlines.
• Identify risks and resolve blockers proactively.
• Track budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership with transparency.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of project management experience in tech, software, or digital agencies.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
