We are looking for a passionate Agile Business Analyst to join our Client's team. In this role, you will work closely with Business Partners, Product Owners, and project teams to ensure smooth and successful product delivery. Your contributions will be pivotal in defining requirements, managing documentation, facilitating workshops, and collaborating across teams in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Documentation & Reporting:
Assist in preparing business cases, user stories, product backlogs, and PRDs.
Maintain detailed documentation of requirements, solutions, and test outcomes.
Develop dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Provide regular updates and project progress reports to the PMO.
- Agile Collaboration:
Work closely with Product Owners and Scrum teams to clarify requirements during sprints.
Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with Service Designers and UX/UI teams to create user journey maps and solution designs.
Support the Product Owner in tracking team velocity, burndown charts, and sprint outcomes.
- Workshop Facilitation & Stakeholder Engagement:
Conduct workshops, interviews, and research to understand business needs.
Translate business requirements into detailed user stories for the development team.
Support Product Owners and Service Designers in facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in an Agile environment.
- Tools & Skills:
Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Python).
- Certifications: Scrum certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner) are a plus.
- Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
