Job summary

Astek Singapore Innovation Technology Pte. Ltd. is seeking an AI/ML engineer to design and deploy production AI systems, including agentic architectures and multi-agent workflows. You will develop LLM-powered apps, RAG pipelines, and embedding-based retrieval, using Lang Graph, LangChain, and Azure services.

The role emphasizes Python, ML frameworks, and cloud deployment with a focus on observability, performance, and cost efficiency in a production environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, software development, and building and deploying production AI systems.
• Hands-on experience designing agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows using Lang Graph, LangChain, or Azure AI Agent Service.
• Experience developing LLM-powered applications and RAG pipelines with vector databases and embedding-based retrieval.
• Solid Python programming with experience in AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn).
• Deploy, scale, and operate AI workloads on Azure (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Kubernetes Service), optimizing for performance, cost, and reliability.
• Build and maintain MLOps/LLMOps pipelines using Docker, CI/CD, and Git for continuous deployment and monitoring of AI services.
• Implement observability, logging, and evaluation to monitor model quality, latency, and drift of agentic systems in production.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and consulting teams to translate business problems into robust, scalable AI solutions.
