Job description
  • Coordinate and manage vessel port calls in Singapore, ensuring smooth and timely operations in compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with ship owners, charterers, overseas principals, port authorities, terminals, and statutory bodies on all operational matters
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on vessel‑ and crew‑related applications via MPA digitalPORT@SG, ICA Crew System, PSA Marine System, and PSA PORTNET
  • Handle ship husbandry activities including crew changes, crew movements, supplies, repairs, bunkering, and other operational requirements
  • Coordinate with local vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure services are arranged efficiently and cost‑effectively
  • Attend vessels onboard when required and act as the primary point of contact during port stay
  • Provide regular and timely operational updates to ship owners and principals
  • Ensure proper documentation, record‑keeping, and compliance with port, immigration, and maritime regulations
  • Support and gain exposure to Crewing operations, including coordination of crew embarkation/disembarkation logistics and documentation
  • Assist in cross‑departmental coordination between Agency and Crewing teams as required
  • Be prepared to work outside normal office hours, including weekends and public holidays, when operationally required
